used in chemiluminescent multiplex ELISA plate imaging and
quantification. Reads the embedded H2 database container and
CSV report, and returns project metadata, the analyte panel
with units and detection limits, sample well-group assignments,
per-well pixel-intensity replicates, summary statistics,
optional back-calculated concentrations, and a plate layout,
all as tidy tibbles. No Java runtime or H2 database driver is
required.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/cttir/actions/runs/38583887624</link><pubDate>Wed, 14 Oct 2026 10:43:25 GMT</pubDate><r:package>qviewparsR</r:package><r:version>1.0.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://cttir.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/CTTIR/qviewparsR</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>qviewparsR.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>qviewparsR.html</r:filename><r:title>Reading and analysing .Q-View files with qviewparsR</r:title><r:created>2026-05-05 13:14:36</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-14 08:55:41</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[cttir] hyperspectR 0.2.0.9000</title><author>raban.heller@charite.de (R. imaging (HSI) data from Cubert snapshot cameras and standard
ENVI/TIFF formats. Provides calibration workflows (dark
correction, white reference normalization), spectral
preprocessing (Savitzky-Golay smoothing, SNV, MSC,
derivatives), dimensionless spectral indices, research
hemoglobin fraction fitting, dimensionality reduction (PCA,
MNF), pixel classification (SAM, SVM, random forest), and
constrained spectral unmixing. Includes an interactive 'shiny'
explorer, reproducible batch recipes and grouped evaluation
tools. Results are research outputs; clinical or
device-specific accuracy is not established by the included
synthetic examples.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/cttir/actions/runs/38583907480</link><pubDate>Wed, 14 Oct 2026 10:37:51 GMT</pubDate><r:package>hyperspectR</r:package><r:version>0.2.0.9000</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://cttir.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/CTTIR/hyperspectR</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>cubert-workflow.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>cubert-workflow.html</r:filename><r:title>Cubert Camera Data Workflow</r:title><r:created>2026-05-04 17:56:27</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-10 13:37:18</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>hyperspectR.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>hyperspectR.html</r:filename><r:title>Getting Started with hyperspectR</r:title><r:created>2026-05-04 17:56:27</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-14 08:55:40</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>intraop-oxygenation.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>intraop-oxygenation.html</r:filename><r:title>Research Oxygenation Model Workflow</r:title><r:created>2026-05-04 17:56:27</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-10 13:37:18</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>biomedical-indices.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>biomedical-indices.html</r:filename><r:title>Research Spectral Indices Explained</r:title><r:created>2026-05-04 17:56:27</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-10 13:37:18</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>compartment-syndrome.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>compartment-syndrome.html</r:filename><r:title>Synthetic Regional Spectral Comparison</r:title><r:created>2026-05-04 17:56:27</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-10 13:37:18</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[cttir] tivis.r 0.1.0</title><author>raban.heller@charite.de (R. Heller)</author><description>Reads hyperspectral imaging data written by the
Diaspective Vision TIVITA Suite, used for intraoperative tissue
and perfusion imaging. Parses the binary 'SpecCube.dat'
container (big-endian float32 samples in
band-interleaved-by-pixel order behind a 12-byte dimension
header), the German-language acquisition metadata log, and the
parameter images the Suite exports alongside each recording
(oxygenation, NIR perfusion, tissue haemoglobin and water
indices). Requires no vendor SDK and contains no compiled code.
Companion to 'cuvis.r', which covers Cubert snapshot cameras,
and a data source for 'hyperspectR'.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/cttir/actions/runs/38583899162</link><pubDate>Wed, 14 Oct 2026 10:30:38 GMT</pubDate><r:package>tivis.r</r:package><r:version>0.1.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://cttir.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/CTTIR/tivis.r</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>tivis.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>tivis.html</r:filename><r:title>Reading TIVITA recordings with tivis.r</r:title><r:created>2026-08-11 13:00:01</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-11 13:00:01</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[cttir] cuvis.r 0.1.0</title><author>raban.heller@charite.de (R. Heller)</author><description>Provides R bindings to the Cubert CUVIS C SDK for reading,
processing, and exporting hyperspectral imaging data from
Cubert snapshot cameras. Supports loading proprietary '.cu3s'
session files, applying the full calibration pipeline (dark
subtraction, white reference normalization, spectral radiance,
reflectance), and exporting to standard formats (ENVI, TIFF).
Requires the Cubert CUVIS SDK to be installed separately. This
package mirrors the API of 'cuvis.python'
(&lt;https://github.com/cubert-hyperspectral/cuvis.python&gt;) for R
users.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/cttir/actions/runs/38583894898</link><pubDate>Wed, 14 Oct 2026 10:29:46 GMT</pubDate><r:package>cuvis.r</r:package><r:version>0.1.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://cttir.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/CTTIR/cuvis.r</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>cuvis-r-calibration.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>cuvis-r-calibration.html</r:filename><r:title>Calibration Workflow with cuvis.r</r:title><r:created>2026-05-04 17:53:00</r:created><r:modified>2026-06-24 09:19:40</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>cuvis-r-intro.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>cuvis-r-intro.html</r:filename><r:title>Getting Started with cuvis.r</r:title><r:created>2026-05-04 17:53:00</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-14 10:16:00</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
