abstract: Turns per-cell marker measurements from multiplexed tissue images into reviewed
  cell types and state calls. Declares a marker panel and an ordered phenotype hierarchy
  as data, decides per image whether each marker can be called at all, and estimates
  thresholds with documented methods (manual, density valley, density tail, two-component
  Gaussian mixture, population density crossing on an embedding and parent-specific
  crossing). A single classifier is shared by batch code and the review application.
  Reviewer decisions are kept in append-only ledgers, and a review is locked into
  a content-addressed export whose labels, decisions and deletion histories can be
  replayed and verified.
