Description: An installation framework for the CTTIR hyperspectral
        imaging suite. Declares 'hyperspectR', 'hyperspectaculR',
        'cuvis.r', and 'tivis.r' as required dependencies so that
        package installers resolve and install the suite and its
        required R dependencies. Provides no analysis functions and
        does not attach the member packages. Instrument software and
        optional backends are configured through the individual
        packages.
