Description: Plans and explains statistical analyses. Provides a
        registry of power-analysis procedures modelled on the test
        inventory of the 'G*Power' 3.1 program, immutable analysis
        specifications that are validated against each procedure's
        modes, inputs and options, and results that always carry a
        typed status (ok, infeasible, unsupported, invalid input,
        numerical failure or reference pending) together with
        provenance and a reproducible R call. Specifications, results,
        analysis envelopes, advisor recommendations and report
        snapshots are serialised as canonical JSON with SHA-256 hashes
        and versioned JSON Schemas, and are imported again without
        evaluating code. Power calculations, diagnostic-accuracy and
        classifier-cutoff tools, a guided method advisor and an
        interactive 'shiny' application are added in stages; a
        procedure without an implemented engine returns the status
        'unsupported' instead of a number. Numerical agreement with
        'G*Power' is not claimed until it has been shown against
        recorded reference cases.
