Description: An R client for 'researchD', a self-hosted literature and
        signal surveillance server. Configures surveillance questions
        and reads stored literature records, signals, source health and
        service heartbeats through a token-authenticated REST API.
        Returns typed 'tibble' objects, including source provenance
        where supported by the server. Collection, classification,
        source access and delivery are managed by the server.
