Description: A research implementation of a fixed five-leg logistics
        chain with time-varying item specifications, imperfect
        observations, finite transport resources, route-risk learning,
        and static or adaptive disruptions. Supports reproducible
        allocation-rule comparisons, optional item-condition and
        processing models, and paired disruptions-disabled experiments.
        Includes synthetic teaching scenarios and nonparametric
        analysis helpers. The model and its decision heuristics require
        application-specific validation.
