hyperloom: CTTIR Hyperspectral Imaging Suite

An installation framework for the CTTIR hyperspectral imaging suite. Declares 'hyperspectR', 'hyperspectaculR', 'cuvis.r', and 'tivis.r' as required dependencies so that package installers resolve and install the suite and its required R dependencies. Provides no analysis functions and does not attach the member packages. Instrument software and optional backends are configured through the individual packages.
